Overview

Element is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team supporting a dynamic business unit. This is a great opportunity for a junior professional with a foundation in accounting and finance to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site at our Warren facility.



Responsibilities

    Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Analyze P&L statements and balance sheets; assist with month-end close and reporting
  • Partner closely with the business unit to review financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare mid-month forecasts and track lab-level expenses
  • Assist in capital project business case submissions
  • Build financial models to support strategic decision-making
  • Respond to inquiries and provide insights to stakeholders across teams


Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with D365 and OneStream a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Accounting experience or coursework is a plus
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or US Permanent Resident
