Overview
To assist the International Branch in achieving deposit and loan growth and profitability goals by effectively implementing an individual marketing and business development plan. The incumbent focuses on the acquisition of new deposit and loan relationships, business services (such as merchant card, business online banking) and Treasury Management products.) The position of the Business Development Officer (BDO) is responsible for attaining established individual, area/department and Bank goals through the active participation in sales management and calling programs. This position is a high customer contact position. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Outside/Direct Sales in Banking or Financial Services OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Outside/Direct Sales in Banking or Financial Services License or Certification Type: Must possess a valid driver's license. Position requires frequent driving to other offices, bank customers, etc. Bank car not provided.
