We are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Manager, Automation to join our North American team focused on Scaling Workflow Solutions (SWS) and OEM Sales and Customer Experience. This role is critical in driving customer success through the development and implementation of AI and automated microscopy-enabled workflow solutions. Sound Interesting? Here's what you'll do:
- Customer Workflow Optimization:
- Collaborate with Emerging Business and Sales teams to assess customer needs and develop Proof of Concept workflows to support the sales process.
- Act as the local Project and Implementation Manager for joint development projects, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary post-installation contact, optimizing workflows, improving tool usability, and addressing customer needs with urgency.
- Customer Engagement & Support:
- Visit customer sites to understand workflows and develop tailored solutions.
- Mobilize North American and Headquarters resources to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Participate in business reviews with key accounts, addressing challenges and tracking KPIs such as uptime, productivity, and system performance.
- Collaboration & Advocacy:
- Work closely with Product Management, Solutions Lab, and Service teams to develop customized software solutions and proactive care strategies.
- Represent the SWS and OEM business in meetings, workshops, and exhibits, advocating for customer needs and market insights.
- Provide regular reports on installations, SaaS usage, escalations, and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement.
Do you qualify?
Masters or higher in Life Sciences or related fields, preferably from an accredited college or university 5+ years work experience in project management, customer interactions and technical sales in Software Workflows is required Knowledge in the wide range of light microscopy, life science applications, automation, workflow optimization, Data Management, AI based analysis and Cloud enabled technologies is required Solution oriented problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with the scientific SW ecosystem and/or experience in machine learning / deep learning techniques is advantageous Expertise in Commercial Workflow Development Process and or Software Product Management is required. This should include experience in Market Analysis, Customer requirements, Feature Prioritization, Development, Validation, Competitive Positioning, Market Rollout, Key Customer Management and ongoing Support Positive "can do" attitude coupled with a willingness to continuously acquire product andapplication knowledge independently
Working Environment:
Customer Visits will require a moderate volume of travel Strong people skills Excellent time management skills, analytical skills and solid understanding of financials Strong Coaching abilities Ability to function within a team environment and adhere to robust process-oriented methods
