ScreeningWorks Pro product. This innovative solution empowers property managers
to make well-informed decisions about potential tenants, and you'll be at the

contributions will help our clients stay ahead of the curve in a competitive

What You'll Do:
- Support and guide clients through the successful onboarding
and integration of Resident Screening products, ensuring a smooth and positive
experience from day one. - Build strong, lasting relationships with mid to large-sized
accounts by consulting and advising on product features, best practices, and
operational strategy. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to
resolve client-reported issues efficiently and serve as a trusted liaison
between clients and Yardi. - Analyze client needs and performance trends to identify
opportunities for optimization and continued success with Resident Screening
solutions.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education
and experience - Two (2) years of customer support or account management
experience, preferably in software, real estate, hospitality, or other client
focused industry - Ability to independently resolve general software issues and
software client requests - Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with constant
changes - Ability to think analytically and effectively communicate
analysis to clients - Big picture focus while displaying a keen attention to
detail - Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and
ability to establish cooperative working relationships with all levels of
employees and clients - Client-centered commitment and focus
- Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid presentation skills
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple
tasks in a fast-paced environment - Familiar with software interfaces and configuration of
software interfaces - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- CRM experience
Ideal to Have:
- Prior property manager or resident screening experience
- Knowledge of the resident screening industry and processes
- Familiarity with Yardi products

Annual Salary Range: $68,640 - $76,500
