Summary:

The Director - Network Management and Value-Based Contracting will lead the team responsible for network enrollment, management, and education, and will direct value-based contracting for the MHACO network. The Director will be responsible for collaborating with MHACO leadership to develop value-based contracting strategy. Responsible for assessing the suitability of contracts, assuring that contracting is completed in a timely basis that all contract elements are implemented across the organization, and that payer issues are resolved in a timely basis. The Director will be accountable for network management and adequacy- including enrollment of participants, identifying gaps and recruiting participants as needed to ensure a full spectrum of services are provided by the organization.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in managed ccc coo a related healthcare field.
  4. Additional Skills/ Requirements Required: Knowledge of value-based payment models and contracting and provider network management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work both independently and to collaborate with teams of individuals in diverse settings Comfortable in a matrixed environment. Ability to manage conflict, stress and multiple simultaneous work demands in an effective, professional manner.
