We are responsible for working across all internal teams and engaging external stakeholders to support successfully meeting our goals and reducing wildfire risk in our hometowns. We work in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Position Summary Supports the Line of Business' (LOB) Lean journey through an understanding of Lean tools, identifying which tools are necessary for each group to meet their goals, designing/implementing Lean deployment plans, and supporting functions to improve operational performance using Lean. Has a responsibility to continuously build Lean knowledge through training and hands-on experiences. Role models Lean behaviors at all times and shares best practices regularly. Spends a significant portion of time in the field (or where the work happens) coaching employees. Disclosure: PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of thejob posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. Pay Range:
