Overall Purpose

The Market Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in supporting the Market Solutions team in various activities where technical knowledge of product, implementation, and service is required. Responsibilities include providing technical support during the Sales cycle, representing the Partnerships team as a stakeholder on cross functional teams, supporting and improving internal processes, and providing support for the Market Solutions team.

Essential Functions:

  • Drive increased market share and adoption for core service offerings by providing commercialization support of new products and enhancements. Support internal mapping and metrics memorialization for go-to-market activities.

  • Key driver for process and procedure improvements in the Partnerships organization related assigned product line. Strong collaboration with internal partners across Ops, Legal, Marketing, Analytics, Governance & Compliance, etc.

  • Key consultant for change event management (M&A, Conversions) across internal teams; Client Engagement, CIS, Engineering and Delivery, facilitating and building the support content for custom SOWs as needed.

  • Provide in-field consultative and technical support throughout key stages in the sales cycle. Lead client contact to review value test requirements, Q/A, facilitating external file coordination and internal coordination to enable final test execution.

  • Manage post-sales activities to expedite service deployment, maximize customer utilization and value. Provide post sale support for newly commercialized enhancements, including technical requirements reviews.

  • Partner with Product, Network Governance and Market Solutions colleagues to manage effective adoption and certification across clients, collaborating across Sales to execute on adoption.

  • Clearly delineate and communicate certification requirements for FIs by supporting the build, maintenance, and evolution of documentation, providing escalated client support for certification questions.

  • Support the creation and documentation routines to monitor Network Participant status as it relates to Network mandates.

  • Provide guidance to Implementation and Support teams related to Network operating rules for Network Participants.

  • Manage and facilitate content updates for external facing client best practice guides and internal facing department playbooks etc. Partner with tech writers from appropriate teams to ensure final publication and distribution.

  • Supports the company's commitment risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 6 or more years of experience in service, product, or other related roles

  • Utilize critical thinking skills, customer understanding and product knowledge to suggest product modifications or best practices of using EWS tools.

  • Highly effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills with all levels of the organization; primarily with customers but also senior executives.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, collaborate on solving problems, establish new processes and track results.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to build partnerships and alliances internally and with external partners at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to make recommendations.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Travel up to 50%

  • Background and drug screen

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment with ability to travel. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

Employee must be able to perform essential functions and physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation.

The base pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $104,000 - $130,000.
New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $125,000 - $156,000.
Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
