ResponsibilitiesLead AI-Driven Innovation: Drive the development of intelligent features using generative AI, including the Authoring Copilot for SharePoint, which transforms how users create and manage content. Leverage AI to assist authors with readability, engagement, and accessibility-especially for non-native speakers and non-professional writers.Elevate Page Authoring: Shape the future of content creation through intuitive page templates, design ideas, and smart sections. Build experiences that empower users to craft compelling, branded, and visually stunning pages with minimal effort.Deliver Intuitive Consumer & Author Experiences: Create seamless, personalized experiences across SharePoint, Viva Connections, Teams, and Outlook.Build Agentic Systems: Contribute to the development of the Knowledge Agent and Site Manager-AI-first systems that automate content curation, retirement, and discovery. These tools help users manage their digital environments with minimal manual effort.Scale with Data and Insight: Use data science and customer feedback to guide engineering decisions.
