Security Officer - Residential Site Patrol - Full Time

As a Security Officer - Residential Site Patrol - Full Time in Lake Geneva, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests. Your presence and proactive approach will contribute to a positive environment while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment within the residential community.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entry points and common areas to help to deter trespassing and report any suspicious behavior or security-related issues.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Work collaboratively with residents, visitors, and property management to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Remain alert to environmental and security-related conditions that may impact the community, reporting concerns promptly to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
