Overview

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

This position is responsible for program management of the Strategic Modeling and Analytics group within Treasury. Gain expert level knowledge to collaborate with business leaders and executives on modeling and treasury programs that will support the achievement of business objectives, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversees the complex, strategic coordination of multiple projects within an initiative to achieve business goals, including management of overall scope, cost, staffing, and performance. Evaluates program effectiveness and delivers tactical insight through reporting to senior management and other key stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Program management - Strong program management experience in large scale projects, working with large and diverse teams with solid knowledge of Corporate Treasury and Financial Modeling
  • Business Support - Drive end-to-end projects and deliverables in a fast paced, results-driven environment. Facilitate dialogue with various stakeholders, understand their needs and drive teams to develop solutions to meet and/or exceed our business partner needs. Collaborate with the stakeholders, manage deliverables, interdependencies, track milestones with respective accountable owners and understand all requirements.
  • Reporting - Lead and create materials for working group and status update meetings. Produces reports based on data analysis, company trends, and financial processes. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Financial Support - Tracks performance across assigned systems, products, or business units, and identifies issues limiting potential gains. Recommends workflow changes to achieve financial goals or minimize financial impact. Assists management in implementing recommended changes, and in ensuring compliance. Supports initiatives to continually improve and enhance existing processes.
  • Peer Leadership - Assists management with the onboarding and training of new staff. Mentors less experienced staff, including review of daily output and coaching.
  • Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs complex data analysis, effectively communicating and directing analysis output.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Finance or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Finance or Analytics

Preferred qualifications:

  • Required experience in Program Management, Corporate Treasury and/or Financial Modeling.
  • Highly motivated individual with ability to learn and understand regulations and quantitative modeling.
  • Project management experience, working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership acumen, ability to influence and negotiate with disparate parties. Ability to drive projects forward and adopt new processes and projects.
  • Clear and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience as an Agile Product Owner/Product Manager.
  • PMP and/or PgMP certifications
  • JIRA experience preferred
