Role Overview:

• Takes inventory and orders supplies to maintain established Inventory levels in all assigned supply areas per established schedule.

• Delivers and stores supplies in appropriate location and at an appropriate level

• Stocks supply nurse servers, medication rooms, supply closets per within department guidelines established time frames.

• Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios and Coupa.

• Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.

• Monitor expirationdates and replenish supplies, linens daily.

Key Qualifications & Core Skills:

• Able to optimally communicate.

• Must be able to work independently and have analytical and problem solving skills.

• Be able to push and lift upwards 50 pounds.

Additional Information:

• Location: 1275 York Ave, New York, NY (Main Campus)

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, every 3rd weekend (open availability to other shifts upon scheduling needs)

• Report to Assistant Manager, Materials Management

Pay Range: $22.98-$31.80
