FSB is hiring Structural Engineers at the MidLevel and Senior levels to design and analyze building structures for aviation, civic, education, federal, commercial, tribal, and missioncritical facilities. You'll collaborate within a fullservice A/E environment - working closely with architects, engineers, and technical specialists to deliver innovative, buildable, and codecompliant solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, analyze, and model steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structural systems, including gravity systems, lateral force-resisting systems, and foundations.
• Produce structural calculations, drawings, specifications, technical reports, and construction documents.
• Perform load calculations, seismic and wind design, foundation design, and materialspecific analysis.
• Apply IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI to develop safe, compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers.
• Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Support or lead QA/QC, construction administration, submittal reviews, RFI responses, and site observations.
• Mentor junior staff (seniorlevel responsibility) and oversee structural deliverables.

What You Bring

Required for All Candidates

• • Bachelor's or master's in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, documentation, and coordination.
  • Experience with structural design, building codes, and construction documents.
  • Proficiency with Revit, BIM workflows, and structural analysis tools (RISA3D, RISA Floor, ADAPT preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in fastpaced, multiproject environments.

Mid-Level Structural Engineer

• • Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and actively pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
  • 5+ years of progressive structural engineering experience.
  • Ability to lead design for small to midscale projects.

Senior Structural Engineer

• • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
  • Experience leading design for complex or largescale projects and mentoring junior engineers.
