We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Executive Assistant to join our Enterprise Transformation Office team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Effectively prioritize the needs of the office, executive(s), and/or team by managing competing requests and negotiating prioritization with higher-level team members and managers.
- Evaluate non-standard problems and use judgment to develop appropriate solutions or procedures, exercising significant autonomy in time management and work approach.
- Manage daily communication and interactions with the assigned executive's or team's direct reports, including occasional leadership-level engagement, and address highly complex issues escalated to the executive's office or team.
- Coordinate and execute a broad range of advanced, diversified, and often confidential administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, making travel arrangements, managing calendars, and supporting seminars, workshops, and conferences logistics.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Education in a relevant discipline is preferred, with proficiency in standard business software (word processing, email, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Experience managing complex administrative functions for senior executives or teams, including handling sensitive and confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
- Demonstrated ability to independently create and disseminate correspondence, reports, and advanced memos, and to conduct research, compile analyses, and summarize information effectively.
- Experience with budget preparation, expense management, accounts payable/receivable, and related financial activities on behalf of executives or teams.
- Ability to lead support staff activities, provide training or advice to less experienced team members, and collaborate effectively with internal and external contacts.
