Description Mid Coast Hospital Nursing/Clinical Support Req #: 50495 Key Responsibilities Program Coordination & Support Coordinate logistics for educational programs, orientations, and competency assessments. Assist in classroom delivery, including public speaking to small groups (~10 participants). Maintain accurate documentation and records related to staff development and training. Project Management Support and manage education-related projects and initiatives. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items. Contribute to Pathways to Excellence and Magnet-related activities. Administrative & Technical Support Format documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel (basic proficiency required). Monitor shared inboxes and respond to inquiries regarding policies and procedures. Maintain calendars, schedules, and training materials. Preferred Attributes Passion for professional development, Pathways to Excellence and continuous learning. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Interest in healthcare operations and quality improvement. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience. License/Certifications:Non-clinical role. No license or certification required. Experience:Two or more years of relevant experience preferred.
