Sitting within the Global Talent Acquisition COE, we are an integral part of the TA team. You will be part of a Global Talent Acquisition COE spread over the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, and will work closely with a multitude of stakeholders from nearly all business areas, including hiring leaders, Human Resources, Communications, and Brand colleagues. We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist to help scale our ability to drive strategic recruitment marketing campaigns and optimize the candidate journey across various recruitment marketing channels while building strong relationships with HR and regional leadership. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing. You will be responsible for advising and executing on strategic campaigns and tactics. You'll partner with TA to understand hiring needs and develop creative, high-impact solutions to inform and attract candidates across roles and divisions globally. You'll bring experience with recruitment marketing and talent acquisition, be a skilled strategic project manager, and have an eye for both creativity and process optimization. Work location preference is for a hybrid work model, residing within commuting distance of St. Paul, MN, or Naperville, IL, but we are open to remote work for the right candidate. What You Will Do* Partner with TA leaders to understand hiring needs and advise on strategic omni-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness and attract talent * Plan, manage, and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across digital channels and other forms of paid advertising * Analyze and report on campaign performance with a strong data-driven mindset to determine ROI and KPIs, using insights to support strategic decisions and inform future strategy adjustments * Provide employer brand and recruitment marketing subject matter expertise, reviewing recruitment marketing requests, and coaching on high-impact, creative ideas to solve the underlying need * Own the broad lead nurture strategy, designing and implementing large-scale email marketing campaigns within our CRM to support ongoing applicant pipelines * Stay on top of the evolving digital landscape and industry trends to continuously advance our talent attraction strategy and tactics * Lead projects that help scale and enhance our recruitment marketing capabilities, and drive recruitment marketing and talent acquisition enablement * Collaborate and influence without direct authority - you should be comfortable working across levels and geographies of an organization, enjoy being part of a team and working in a global community, and use your expertise and data to help secure buy-in and drive strategic decisions that generate positive outcomes and reach KPIs What You Will Bring (Minimum Qualifications)* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field * Five years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in recruitment marketing * Experience developing and executing strategic recruitment marketing campaigns to target specific candidate personas using omni-channel tactics (paid and organic) - digital media, social, email, programmatic, out-of-home media, etc. * Experience working with a CRM tool to drive lead engagement and nurture * One year of project management experience - must be able to manage various campaigns or projects with different stakeholders and prioritize, plan, execute, and communicate efficiently and effectively Preferred Qualifications* 1+ year of recruiting experience * Experience working with a large organization and global, cross-functional teams * Comfortable with agility and adapting to shifting priorities, taking initiative, and making decisions quickly * Experience developing candidate personas and strong storytelling skills * Passion for driving diversity and inclusion throughout the candidate lifecycle * Comfortable leveraging technology and using new tools when appropriate to achieve goals * Experience managing partnerships with internal and external agencies and vendors to deliver cohesive strategies and content Annual or Hourly Compensation Range Benefits Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.Click here to see our benefits.
