Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): AL, AR, CT, DE, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME,MS, NC, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, UT, VA, WV The Business Analyst II serves as a mid-level analyst within the CRA Reporting Team, responsible for complex reporting, analytics, and compliance support activities. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of CRA-related data, while also supporting strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting solutions. The BA II partners with business units, compliance, and senior leadership to maintain regulatory alignment and enhance the bank's CRA performance monitoring framework. Responsibilities Data Management & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that monitor CRA lending, investment, and service activity across multiple business lines. * Develop and manage Alteryx workflows to automate large-scale data preparation, cleansing, and validation processes. *Ensure all data sources are accurate, reconciled, and compliant with regulatory standards. Regulatory Reporting & Compliance Support: * Support preparation of quarterly and annual CRA regulatory submissions, ensuring data integrity and readiness for examiner review. * Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and automation within the CRA reporting lifecycle. Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Partner with stakeholders in Compliance, Risk, Community Development, and Business Units to ensure accurate population tracking. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in System Support or Analytics Preferred Experience: Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting experience Preferred Skills:
