Basic Function
HF Sinclair Midstream located in Casper, WY is seeking a Project Manager. This positon coordinates and executes multiple Small Capital and Expense Projects simultaneously in the $5K - $$2MM range typically. Works on projects to improve plant profitability, safety, and reliability and provides plant, pipeline, and facility support for the continued reliable operation of existing equipment. Job Duties
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their manager, as determined from timeto time in their sole and complete discretion Experience
A minimum of five plus years of job related work experience in petrochemical or refining industry is required. Education Level
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and/or Bachelors of Science degree . Required Skills
The ability to effectively communication with others, both written and verbal communication, intermediate reading and writing and prepare technical drawings and specification, computer skills (including but not limited to: Excel, Power Point, Word, Auto Cad, and Microsoft Office). Design ability in at least one of the following areas: Mechanical Design, Electrical Design, Instrumentation/Controls Design, Civil Design, Metallurgy. Ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility
Supervise contract engineers and or construction crews on project by project basis. Work Conditions
Office with occasional onsite visits, and with up to 25% travel by land and air required. Petroleum refinery, and out-of-doors environment, including but not limited to chemicals, pressure vessels, tanks, rotating equipment and confined spaces. Subject to all temperatures, weathers, and varying road conditions. Benefits

Job conditions require standing, walking, sitting, twisting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, talking or hearing, making visual inspections, making precise hand and finger movements, reaching or grasping, climbing up to 25 ft, perceiving color differences, ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (beards not permitted), ability to operate and drive all assigned company vehicles at company standard insurance rates is essential, valid State drivers license and proof of insurance required.Job conditions may require lifting and/or carrying up to 50lbs.
