*Description*
Performs assigned tasks and escalates issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations. * Leverages process knowledge and best judgment to complete next task without direct supervision. * Coordinates, prepares, and executes incoming/outgoing deliveries (e.g. purchase order (PO) receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor (RMS) activities). * Ensures complete and detailed physical inventory tracking and staging. * Performs inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity. * Performs material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard process. * Ensures detailed physical inventory tracking and staging. * Performs destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) following all documented procedures and runbooks * Required: High School Diploma AND 1+ year(s) experience warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field. * Required: Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word). * Previous datacenter experience a plus" *Skills* Technician, cabling, punch, down, terminations, rack, stack, ticketing, system *Top Skills Details* Technician,cabling,punch,down,terminations,rack,stack,ticketing,system *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Perform Troubleshooting and swap out failed components Logistics/Warehouse Support (Sending/Receiving) Handle storage media/Data Bearing Device (DBD) Reconcile/Physical Audits Basic Server (Discrete/Rack-based) repair following documented procedures MS Asset updates/auditing Middle of Rack (MOR) buildout Perform power cycles RMA processing & Coordination with Logistics Team Installation of software and firmware updates. Stage/run/label cables and have basic understanding of networking, connectivity troubleshooting, and computer hardware Fiber Link Cleaning Scope, test, QC, and troubleshoot power, cable connections *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
