Description Performs assigned tasks and escalates issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations. * Leverages process knowledge and best judgment to complete next task without direct supervision. * Coordinates, prepares, and executes incoming/outgoing deliveries (e.g. purchase order (PO) receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor (RMS) activities). * Ensures complete and detailed physical inventory tracking and staging. * Performs inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity. * Performs material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard process. * Ensures detailed physical inventory tracking and staging. * Performs destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) following all documented procedures and runbooks * Required: High School Diploma AND 1+ year(s) experience warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field. * Required: Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word). * Previous datacenter experience a plus" Skills Technician, cabling, punch, down, terminations, rack, stack, ticketing, system Top Skills Details Technician,cabling,punch,down,terminations,rack,stack,ticketing,system Additional Skills & Qualifications Perform Troubleshooting and swap out failed components Logistics/Warehouse Support (Sending/Receiving) Handle storage media/Data Bearing Device (DBD) Reconcile/Physical Audits Basic Server (Discrete/Rack-based) repair following documented procedures MS Asset updates/auditing Middle of Rack (MOR) buildout Perform power cycles RMA processing & Coordination with Logistics Team Installation of software and firmware updates. Stage/run/label cables and have basic understanding of networking, connectivity troubleshooting, and computer hardware Fiber Link Cleaning Scope, test, QC, and troubleshoot power, cable connections Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
