Business Intelligence Analyst II

AllHealth Network is currently looking for a qualified Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team of behavioral health service professionals. As a team we strive every day to nurture growth and recovery by caring for each other, our clients, and our future.

Pay Rate:

$75,000 - $85,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.

Job Description:

Business Intelligence Analyst II

Develop reports, visualizations, dashboards, and system metrics to inform business leaders and executives on project progress. Utilize scripting languages such as Python, SQL, Excel, and related applications in daily tasks. Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess business requirements and effectively communicate findings to senior management and leadership.



  • Healthcare Claims & Behavioral Health Analytics
  • Analyze pharmacy and medical claims (primarily Medicaid), as well as behavioral health encounter data, to identify trends in utilization, access, and outcomes.
  • Support behavioral health quality measures (e.g., HEDIS, BHA reporting, BHPQIs), crisis metrics, and population health insights.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau that translate complex data into clear visual stories for clinicians, executives, funders, and community partners.
  • Create ad-hoc and recurring reports for internal decision-making, external partners, and grant reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with teams across the organization-including clinicians, program directors, grant writers, and finance-to understand analytic needs and deliver solutions.
  • Support leadership in monitoring KPIs tied to strategic initiatives, compliance, and service equity.
  • Equity & Population Health Focus
  • Use data to identify disparities in access, care engagement, and outcomes across populations segmented by race, ethnicity, language, geography, and SDOH.
  • Contribute to the development of an equitable care delivery model through analytics.
  • Data Governance & Quality
  • Collaborate with the Data Management team to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
  • Participate in the refinement of data definitions, reporting standards, and performance monitoring systems.



Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, healthcare analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience working with healthcare data, especially medical and pharmacy claims, EHRs, or behavioral health data.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience working in or with behavioral health organizations, Medicaid providers, or community-based healthcare settings.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health quality metrics, value-based care models, or grant-funded program reporting.
  • Understanding of SDOH, health equity frameworks, and culturally responsive reporting.
  • Experience with EHR systems like SmartCare is a plus.
