Program Management Office Lead - JLL What this job involves:

As a Program Management Office (PMO) Lead, you will serve as a seasoned professional reporting to the Work Dynamics PDS Projects Team lead on JLL's Vanguard Account while combining program management operations with comprehensive financial management & reporting to deliver superior client service. You will understand and track the full life cycle of work orders/purchase orders, from creation to completion, and analyze their impact on current month's financial results while conducting detailed financial analysis including budget vs. actuals, workforce vs. forecast, and utility spend trends within the assigned real estate portfolio. This role involves serving alongside the PDS Lead as Client's point of contact in the region for strategy, implementation and escalation for CapEx, blending Client's Global direction with Local Business needs.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Understand and track the full life cycle of work orders/purchase orders, from creation to completion, and analyze their impact on current month's financial results
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budget vs. actuals, workforce vs. forecast, and utility spend trends within the assigned real estate portfolio
  • Generate and support routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, graphs, presentations, and internal/external financial and/or KPI documentation
  • Assist in the annual budget planning process for capital expenditure (CapEx) investments for the assigned real estate portfolio
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles, including data collection, report generation, variance analysis, and commentary
  • Oversee project billing process and ensure proper calculation, invoicing and recognition of costs and related revenues/fees on a timely basis
  • Monitor account profitability with Business Line heads periodically and ensure compliance with GAAP, JLL Internal Audit and Client Finance review standards
  • Provide accountability to client for Lifecycle/Infrastructure and Minor Ops/FF&E CapEx Project Delivery
  • Lead active involvement during due diligence/planning stage, providing information and recommendations on budget, program, and procurement route
  • Demonstrate Strategic Partnering by understanding long- and short-term goals of client and identifying opportunities to maximize performance
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, real estate or a related field, with 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong financial accounting skills with high attention to detail
  • Extensive experience in program management
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Financial Reporting Software systems
  • Understanding of and commitment to client services
  • A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
  • Experience with work order/purchase order lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of budget planning and capital expenditure processes
  • Understanding of financial reporting cycles and variance analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA preferred
  • Management/supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with Oracle/E1 General Ledger System, Planon
  • Knowledge of asset condition index (ACI) development and updates
  • Understanding of GAAP, JLL Internal Audit and Client Finance review standards
  • Experience with CapEx project delivery through all phases from design through construction
  • Knowledge of Integrated Facility Management/Operations team coordination
  • Experience in strategic partnership development and annual business plan creation
  • Understanding of JLL's full range of services for value creation opportunities
  • Experience with due diligence/planning stage involvement and procurement route recommendations
