This position involves monitoring, tracking, and coordinating parts, workflows, and schedules in a high-stakes aerospace manufacturing environment. The role requires collaboration across planning, procurement, engineering, production, and test teams to maintain data integrity, optimize logistics, and drive efficiency while adhering to SpaceX specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and adaptable to multiple shifts in a dynamic setting. RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
 
 Create inventory requests based on production work orders and replacement partsMonitor, track, and move parts through the company for timely deliveryHandle physical movement of parts across receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources, or work centersVerify received materials for conformity, damage, part numbers, quantity, and revisions before releasing work ordersPerform de-kitting operations and manage the return to stock processSupport inventory personnel with return to stock and purge actionsMaintain production schedules via planning and shortage managementPromote workflow consistency and accuracy to reduce internal logistics lead-timeSupport logistics through innovative stagingCollaborate with production customers on priorities and schedulesInterface with engineers and technicians for work order releasesAssist assigned production cells with work order managementEnsure proper handling and protection of parts per SpaceX specificationsManage material certifications to prevent uncertified material useCoordinate off-site parts processing for on-time deliverySupport purchase requisition creation for scheduled contract workCollaborate with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to maintain clean MRP/ERP dataUphold company computer system integrity per proceduresResolve incorrect system data causing demand, schedule, or failure issuesReconcile work order bill of material quantitiesUpdate and use metrics to drive results with production personnelEnsure completion of metrics-driven actions with supervisors and managersDevelop reports on needs, deliverables, and constraints for internal/customer useCommunicate part status and completion dates to leadershipAssist with action item updates for production leadership and project teamsSupport corrective actions for production teamsSupport projects and productivity activities in assigned production cellsAssist with productivity improvementsProvide action item updates to materials management leadership and project teams as requiredOrganize and maintain physical and electronic libraries for production-related tooling and calibration databases
 
 BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 
 
 
 High school diploma or equivalency certificate1+ year(s) of supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, or operations experience
 
 PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 
 
 
 Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Associate's degree in a business or technology fieldExperience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environmentExperience operating forklifts or similar machineryAPICS certification, PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant aerospace/manufacturing certificationsStrong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/MRP softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaborationAttention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance
