What to Expect Tesla is seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Damage Desk Appraiser to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing auto physical damage estimates with quality, efficiency, and following Tesla repair procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in writing auto damage estimates, being proficient in estimating software and expertise in the insurance industry.
