Glaukos - Head of Patient Services & Marketing Analytics

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

We're looking for an accomplished leader to serve as our Head of Patient Services & Marketing Analytics - a key role in accelerating patient and provider adoption through personalized engagement, smarter marketing investments, and impactful DTC strategies.

This leader will bring together data-driven marketing, advanced analytics, and healthcare expertise to optimize the full patient journey and maximize ROI across our portfolio.

What You'll Do



  • Lead analytics and personalization strategies that increase patient conversion and access to care.
  • Build systems to track and attribute the full patient journey-from first impression to treatment.
  • Develop targeted, data-informed remarketing and engagement campaigns.
  • Drive marketing performance through advanced analytics (multi-touch attribution, MMM, LTV, A/B testing).
  • Partner closely with Digital, Finance, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Sales to align insights and execution.
  • Serve as a thought leader shaping company-wide digital, service, and investment strategies.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.


What You Bring



  • 15+ years of relevant experience, with 10+ in analytics, personalization, or patient services within healthcare, medtech, or consumer health.
  • Proven success building data and personalization capabilities that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong command of martech/adtech platforms, CRM, and data integration tools.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller-able to turn insights into strategy.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability; a player/coach leader.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
