Senior Manager, Product Marketing

What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a hands-on Segment Marketing Specialist (contractor) to support our expanding marketing team. This role is execution-focused: you'll be responsible for producing high-quality materials-presentations, sales collateral, documents, images, and other content-quickly and with minimal guidance.

The ideal candidate thrives on getting things done, can take a concept or brief and turn it into polished deliverables, and has a strong eye for detail and consistency. If you are a doer who enjoys building tangible outputs that support product marketing and sales, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver a wide range of marketing assets, including sales decks, one-pagers, brochures, FAQs, competitive positioning documents, product training materials, and more.
  • Adapt complex technical information into clear, compelling, and visually engaging content.
  • Support product launches with execution-ready deliverables such as pitch decks, collateral, and enablement tools.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, consistently meeting deadlines with little oversight.
  • Ensure materials are aligned with brand standards and tailored to target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing managers and product teams, but independently drive execution from draft to final.

What You Will Bring

  • 3-5 years of B2B product marketing, content creation, or related experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation-building skills with proven ability to produce polished, customer-ready deliverables
  • Ability to quickly translate technical product information into clear messaging and visuals
  • Highly organized, with a bias for action and comfort working under tight deadlines
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe/Canva) and content development
  • Independent self-starter who can deliver with minimal direction
  • Passion for clean, effective communication and an eye for detail
