Zayo is seeking amarket-driven Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and performance optimization of our Metro Dark Fiber portfolio. This role is central to driving network expansion, revenue growth, and operational efficiency across one of Zayo's largest infrastructure product lines. You will work closely with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes. Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
  • Support the Head of Product in developing and executing the multi-year roadmap for Zayo's Metro Dark Fiber portfolio.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Metro Dark Fiber, from strategic planning to execution and performance analysis.
  • Develop andmaintaina multi-year roadmap with clear milestones, KPIs, and ROI targets across engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
  • Lead growth initiatives focused on:
    • Increasingnetworkmonetization,
    • Expanding network footprint
    • Improving customer acquisition and retention
    • New product introduction
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to refine product positioning, pricing, and investment prioritization.
Metrics & Financial Ownership
  • Build andmaintainfinancial models to evaluate pricing strategies, margin impacts, and capital investment scenarios.
  • Deliveraccurateforecasting, P&L reporting, and variance analysis in partnership withkey functional areas of the business.
  • Monitor andoptimizekey performance indicators:
    • Sales andRevenue
    • Bookings and churn
    • Capital
    • Customer Experience
    • Costs
Cross-Functional Execution
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve deployment velocity, cost structure, and scalability.
  • Partner with sales to develop data-backed productGTM packages,competitive tools that drivesales.
  • Contribute to executive reporting with actionable insights from product performance metrics and market trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field,required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in product management, business operations, or finance; experience in telecom, networking, or infrastructurestronglypreferred.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to build and analyze complex models for pricing, ROI, and investment scenarios.
  • Comfort managing both operational detail and strategic priorities in a capital-intensive, cross-functional environment.
  • Proven ability to drive sustained results through a growth mindset,leveragingtechnologies, data insights, and market research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level reporting.
Estimated Base Salary Range: $89,800 - $138,200 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
