Web Optimization Manager

Remote, working CST Hours

40 hours a week

We're looking for an analytical, performance-minded Web Optimization Manager to help take our client's Job Seeker Marketing site to the next level. This role is all about building better experiences, improving conversion rates, growing awareness, and ensuring visitors find the value they're looking for. You'll report to the Director of Web Strategy & Optimization and own their A/B testing program from end to end, from hypothesis to launch to impact reporting. You'll also collaborate closely with UX, content, SEO, and marketing teams to create and optimize pages that drive real results.

Day in the Life:



  • Lead the A/B testing program for our Job Seeker Marketing site, designing, launching, and analyzing experiments on high-traffic pages.
  • Recommend and implement iterative tests, optimizations, or new content based on performance data.
  • Partner with campaign managers, SEO, creative, and product marketing teams to build high-impact web pages that align with campaign goals.
  • Work with UX and product teams to create reusable page templates that maintain brand consistency and improve sitewide performance.
  • Ensure every page meets best practices for CRO, site speed, accessibility, and analytics tracking.
  • Provide regular reporting on key conversion metrics particularly how users move from the marketing site into our job search platform.


Requirements



  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Funnel Optimization, Growth Marketing, or CRO for an external-facing website.
  • Familiarity with web CMS platforms (Contentful, WordPress, or Drupal) and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Skilled at managing content workflows and coordinating deliverables across creative and marketing teams (experience with Jira or Asana is a plus).
  • Strong communicator who can turn complex data into clear, actionable next steps for non-technical stakeholders.
