Servicing Associate- Escrow Disbursements

The Escrow Disbursements department is responsible for payment of taxes and required property insurance as well as servicing optional products. The Escrow Disbursements Associates' primary responsibilities include monitoring and reviewing critical work performed by outside insurance and tax service vendors to ensure timeliness and accuracy, researching outstanding issues and manage incoming workflow requests. The employee will work closely with management and other team members to research and complete tasks relating to the maintenance of serviced escrow accounts.

• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Competent MS Excel skills and Access database skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task and be comfortable working in a high energy, deadline-driven environment
• Competent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with others and be a team player
