Position Title: Clinical Data Coordinator

Work Location: Sylmar, CA 91342

Assignment Duration: 6 Months

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday: 7am-3:30pm (can be flexible with this)

Position Summary: Clinical Data Coordinator (CDC), working under general supervision, is responsible for ensuring the integrity of clinical data both in the clinical database as well as in the clinical files of our global clinical organization.

Background & Context: Working to support EDC and paper-based studies, the CDC works on multiple studies and is a key member of the clinical study team.

Key Responsibilities:

  Data entry of paper forms and data updates based on approved guidelines and received Data Clarification Forms.

  
  
• Filing processed documents.

Qualification & Experience:

• 
  

  Data Management, organizational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.

  
  
• 
  

  Proficient with Microsoft applications

  
  
• 
  

  As part of the Clinical Data Processes team, the CDC is expected to be familiar with Good Clinical Data Management Practices.

  CDC is expected to exercise basic judgment in planning, organizing and performing work, and assures that quality of services meets internal and external customer requirements
