Job Title: Network Real Estate Specialist Location: Bedminster, NJ (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition of small cells Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies Will be required to work in Fuze Manage project purchase orders Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team Must Have Skills: Experience in SMALL CELL REAL ESTATE. This includes enhanced knowledge of ROW Agreements and Municipal Consents. This is NOT a construction-based role Ability to communicate across functional groups including RF, Engineering and Implementation Knowledge of zoning hearing process and procedures Can efficiently work multiple projects at once; does not get overwhelmed with volume Has computer skills and can identify ways to make process improvements Team player with interpersonal skills, who has a positive attitude Proactive in communications and very organized Desired Skills: Experience in working with attorneys Ability to read and understand real estate contract language FUZE SPM and PO module expertise Program management experience in a complex multi-project and multi-geography environment Experience: 3 years Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
