Requirements and Description Ramp agent's job is to ensure aircraft are safely loaded, unloaded, and prepared for departure in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Key duties include handling luggage and cargo, operating ground support equipment like loaders and de-icing units, marshalling aircraft, performing aircraft servicing such as waste and water tank management, and maintaining the safety and security of the ramp area.
