Our landscape architecture team is growing! This position offers the opportunity for career growth, client interaction, and the ability to work with a progressive team of professionals that continually seek to improve public spaces with the most current best practices. Our project portfolio includes the new Delaware River Trail on the east side of Philadelphia, many public parks throughout the city and region, green stormwater projects throughout Philadelphia, the Camden County LINK trail, and many other exciting public projects within the region.



Responsibilities

We are seeking a Landscape Designer with 1-2 years of experience to support both our landscape architecture team and the larger marketing efforts of the Philadelphia office.

The position will focus mainly on the design of public and higher education spaces, including parks, campus design, trails, and green stormwater infrastructure.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, assisting the landscape architecture team with the following:

    Conceptual plans, sections, elevations
  • Compelling perspective renderings
  • Construction details and documentation for hardscape and planting designs
  • Project-related research
  • Site design and grading
  • Community engagement meetings
  • Development of community engagement materials
  • Collaboration with civil engineers and transportation planners


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or working toward a Master's Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience working within a Landscape Architecture or multidisciplinary design office setting
  • Demonstrated production and digital rendering experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp. Experience with ArcGIS and Lumion a plus.
  • Strong interest in multi-disciplined public space design
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Possess the ability and enthusiasm to collaborate as part of a diverse multidisciplinary team

This is a full-time position. Salary is commensurate with experience.
