About the Role:

The Field Operations Scheduler will schedule field research assignments to our remote field team. This role is essential to ensuring on-time delivery to our client service agreements, controlling field costs, and promoting retention by ensuring field Research Associates have optimal work assignments.

What You'll Do:



  • Contribute insights in planning, coordination, and implementation of new work assignments.
  • Perform tasks under general supervision but works independently to maintain the assignments for all client requests.
  • Analyze reporting data to determine optimal assignment of employee resources to client field projects.
  • Track and monitor work completion; contact field associates to verify job assignments; and reassign work when needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Support and maintain coverage and delivery expectations; identify at-risk deliverables and proactively reallocate resources.
  • Work closely with all Field Operations departments, recommend staffing needs and field training needs to ensure adequate labor coverage for and proper training for job assignments.
  • Track outcomes for on-time and complete work assignments; conduct analysis; recommend improvements.
  • All other duties as assigned.


What You'll Need:



  • Bachelor's degree preferred; and
  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant job experience and/or equivalent training.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and effective written and oral communication.
  • Ability to analyze data and make accurate decisions.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving independent judgement.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and initiate actions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts to change, and is a successful multi-tasker.
  • Experience utilizing dashboard-based tools and database systems preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel.
