  About this opportunity Ericsson Inc. seeks an Engineer Services Software (Integration Engineer) in Plano, TX, & Various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. who will serve to plan, coordinate, and execute installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations of Ericsson products & solutions. What you will do: Plan, review, and execute various levels of testing such as: system testing, module testing, acceptance testing for Ericsson's products & solutions. Provide technical support by handling, analyzing, and resolving product faults by coordinating with Product Development Units. Lead and coordinate teams of offshore and onshore Integration Engineers. Utilize technical expertise for solution/network engineering activities involving Ericsson's telecommunications networks and related components, including essential areas such as solution/node testing, integration, installation, upgrade, deployment, implementation, and solution/network pre-sales support; utilize technical expertise for solution/node integration engineering activities involving Ericsson's telecommunications networks and related components, including essential areas such as solution issue analysis and troubleshooting; provide technical expertise for complex solution/network deployment and configuration activities for optimal technical performance and product quality; provide technical expertise to handle technical activity coordination with internal/external stakeholders to support installations/upgrades of Ericsson systems/solutions to major markets; utilize technical expertise for effective engagement with Ericsson stakeholders and business partners to successfully support & troubleshoot telecommunications solutions to meet project/business requirements; provide technical assistance to internal/external stakeholders to investigate and drive solutions for project issues; provide technical direction & guidance for Ericsson's competence transfer efforts in the area of network integration engineering for assigned regions; and utilize technical expertise to identify and drive improvements with Ericsson's telecommunications product portfolio for maximum technical performance and stakeholder satisfaction. Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including,but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-relatedknowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. The salary range for this position is Washington, New York, and New Jersey: $126,000 - $189,000 California: $138,000 - $207,000 All other US locations: $123,219- $175,200 Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonuspayouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certaineligibility and pro-ration rules apply. The EricssonUS 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericssonmatches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of youreligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. Whenyou contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's fullmatching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stopwhen your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employeeswill also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic lifeinsurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as wellas short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have theoption to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan. Your Time Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided aminimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick timeannually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee'sstart date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternityleave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
