Technical Specialist Salesforce Developer

Genesis10 is seeking a Technical Specialist Salesforce Developer for a 3-month contract with the possibility to convert to a permanent position with a client located in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This role requires the candidate to be onsite for 4 days a week.

Summary:

Genesis10 is looking for a Technical Specialist Salesforce Developer to support the technology and finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Salesforce development activities across multiple platforms, including hands-on coding, solution design, and mentoring other developers. This position involves collaboration with architects, business analysts, and quality assurance teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Independently build, test, and deploy Salesforce components while working with development and QA teams to resolve technical issues.
• Lead and mentor a development team, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects to evaluate and document new integrations, designs, and patterns through proof of concepts.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Salesforce capabilities such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), flows, triggers, complex formulas, workflows, and security settings.
• Enhance DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and monitoring.
• Work with enterprise-level cross-system integrations using APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Evaluate Salesforce and third-party solutions by creating prototypes and proof of concepts that align with business goals.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience developing enterprise-level applications, including full-stack Salesforce development.
• 2 3 years of experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models across multiple products and experience with data modeling.
• Expertise in code versioning, branching, and merging practices using GIT or equivalent tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with Salesforce managed package evaluation, deployment, and upgrades.
• Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
• Familiarity with additional Salesforce products such as MuleSoft and Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud or similar cloud platforms.
