IT Support Analyst - Hybrid Position

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Support Analyst for a full-time permanent position in New York, NY (Midtown area).

Compensation: $65,000 - 75,000 per year.

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in the office/ 2 days remote)

Overview:

Genesis10 is seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Support Analyst to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, and general IT systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working hands-on with technology, and supporting end users in a dynamic, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Troubleshoot and support web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) across various user environments.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and related hardware.
• Manage and track IT equipment inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all devices and accounts are properly configured.
• Maintain documentation of systems, assets, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Support and maintain SharePoint sites (experience preferred but not required).

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of IT support experience in a corporate or professional environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with SharePoint administration or user support a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work onsite in New York three days per week.
