About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Product to spearhead digital product initiatives within our admissions operations. You'll play a critical role in shaping our digital future, working cross-functionally to achieve ambitious goals and deliver significant impact. Responsibilities * Product Management: Contribute to the overall digital product strategy for patient and/or customer centric products, identifying key trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities for competitive advantage. * Innovation Lifecycle Management - Ownership of advancing ideas through the full lifecycle, from concept through pilot/MVP to scaled deployment, ensuring measurable and demonstrable value at each stage. * Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with product teams across the organization to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions, shared understanding of priorities, and coordinated execution. * Executive Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling executive-level reports, presentations, and updates on digital transformation progress, strategic initiatives, and funding requests. * Performance Measurement & Continuous Optimization - Recognition of opportunities for future product/solution enhancements and prioritization based on customer feedback, evolving needs, and market dynamics to drive ongoing adoption and product maturity. * Marketing Support: Partner with stakeholders to support marketing / change management efforts related to digital transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of new technologies. Qualifications * Experience in complex digital transformation, leading large-scale initiatives in environments requiring coordination across multiple systems, stakeholders, and workflows. * Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in customer centric digital transformation, product management, program management, or a similar strategic role * Demonstrated capacity to balance shaping digital roadmaps with managing enhancements, releases, and adoption at scale. * Proven experience in developing and tracking OKRs or similar strategic goal-setting frameworks. * Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and data analytics. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership. * Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $110,100.00-$161,700.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
