Supporting this mission, we seek a Senior Process Optimization Specialist. We seek an individual who is analytical and possesses strong execution strategies. This position works collaboratively with HR teams and interfaces with all areas impacted by the process under evaluation including key leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to identify inefficiencies, recommend and implement solutions, and facilitate change management initiatives that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Assess current processes, workflows, and systems to uncover opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.

  • Collect and analyze data related to key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, generating actionable insights.

  • Develop, execute, and oversee improvement plans, including process redesign, training programs, and technology solutions.

  • Take ownership of execution, ensuring recommended changes are put into practice and sustained effectively.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate change and ensure successful project implementation.

  • Monitor the progress of improvement initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and results to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Stay current on industry trends, methodologies, and regulatory requirements related to performance improvement.

Education and experience requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent professional experience.

  • 5-7 years of experience in performance improvement, proess optimization, or a related discipline.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certification and/or demonstrated experience in advanced improvement science methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc) is highly desirable.

Annual Compensation Range $92,726.40 - $148,387.20 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
