Zayo is seeking two FP&A Analysts to play a key role in driving data-informed financial planning, analysis, and insights that support Zayo's Commercial and Go-To-Market business segments.

*Preference for candidates based in the Denver, CO metro area (hybrid, 2-3 days/week). Remote candidates within the U.S. will be considered.

What You'll Do:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports for SG&A and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) in a Zero-Based Budgeting framework.

  • Perform financial analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate business performance and identify key drivers.

  • Prepare and deliver clear, insightful presentations of financial and operational results to leadership.

  • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects tied to company initiatives and growth priorities.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Design and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and OneStream.

  • Collaborate with finance and data teams to ensure data integrity across systems including Oracle, Salesforce, and OneStream.

  • Implement and monitor data quality checks and validation rules to maintain accuracy and consistency.

  • Contribute to the automation of recurring reporting and forecasting processes using analytics tools or scripting (e.g., SQL, Python preferred).

Business Partnership & Insights

  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver data-driven insights that improve financial decision-making.

  • Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.

  • Support the forecasting of long-term revenue targets and initiatives to achieve them.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting.

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools required.

  • Exposure to data integration or automation (e.g., SQL, Python, or Dataiku) preferred.

  • Familiarity with FP&A platforms (e.g., OneStream) a plus.

  • Solid understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement modeling.

  • Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.

Estimated base pay range: $77,100 - $90,000 USD/annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
