Join Cisco's Collaboration team, where we design and deliver products that connect people, ideas, and businesses at scale. As part of our Strategy Finance team, you'll be a trusted partner to Finance and business leaders, helping to shape decisions that impact the future of our collaboration portfolio.

In this role, you'll support financial planning and day-to-day operations with accuracy and clarity while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business partners to bring structure and insight to decision-making. You will provide thoughtful analysis to ensure resources align with priorities and strategies, and help streamline processes to improve cross-functional collaboration. Take ownership of COGS P&L and drive alignment with gross margin and profitability goals.

• Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities across sourcing, operations, and vendors.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance to manage trade-offs and improve cost efficiencies.
• Build and maintain cost models and dashboards to monitor key metrics.
• Develop and track budgets, forecasts, and scenarios with Finance partners.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and drive strategic cost initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field+ 12 years of experience, or Masters + 8 years, or PhD + 5 years of related experience
• 5-10 years of experience in operations, merchandising, strategy, or business management roles with P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in leading cost efficiency or process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Ability to influence partners through clear, data-driven communication.
• Experience working cross-functionally to align operational and financial goals.

• Familiarity with Saas business models, vendor negotiations, or procurement.
• Skilled at communicating complex cost topics in simple, actionable ways.
• Experience with building complex cost models.
• Advanced analytical skills; experience with Tableau or other modeling/reporting tools.
