Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations, the Content Strategist IV is responsible for the development and strategy of content for member and/or provider materials and collateral. Supervision Exercised:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Curate, capture, write, and produce content that reinforces the company's brand positioning
- Deploy campaigns from ideation to implementation
- Develop interesting plan language content to improve audience experience
- Execute communications for the appropriate channel delivery
- Ensure production of materials is on time and within budget
- Assist with assignment of departmental work queue
- Ensure a unified content calendar is effectively created, maintained, and followed and is relevant to key programs and initiatives
- Confirm all regulatory and accreditation requirements are adhered to in materials created and utilized
- Conduct regular content audits to ensure adherence to corporate policies, standard operating procedures and style guides
- Guide team efforts to create comprehensive communication plans in support of business needs, regulatory requirements and organizational goals
- Utilizing consultative methods, collaborate and coordinate with key internal stakeholders and external business partners
- Facilitate gathering of customer data insights and leverage data to evaluate content strategy and management
- Establish measurements and monitor communication plan execution; provide ongoing feedback and recommendations for improvements
- Lead large and complex projects to ensure strategies, goals and milestones are achieved
- Conduct training and provide guidance on department processes and procedures for new team members
- Support the development and maintenance of team processes, manuals and guides
- Create and implement process improvement efforts
- Provide communication expertise and serve as communications lead on internal work groups/committees to support organizational initiatives and efforts
- Perform any other job duties as requested

Required Education (must have):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience is required

Required Experience (must have):
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience writing consumer-friendly, plain language content is required
- Experience in content implementation across multiple platforms and mediums/channels
- Experience writing health care-related content is preferred with a deep understanding of subject lines, call to action (CTAs) and writing styles that drive engagement
