Join our team as a Lockbox Remittance Specialist, where your accuracy and efficiency help keep our commercial operations running smoothly. What You'll Do: * Operate the OPEX Falcon machine throughout the day to open and sort mail-this is a hands-on, seated role ideal for someone who enjoys focused, task-driven work. * Process lockbox deposits for a variety of commercial clients with speed and precision. * Sort, open, and batch incoming mail, ensuring all corrections and exceptions are handled accurately. * Respond to customer inquiries and research any issues related to lockbox transactions. * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all internal policies and external regulations. * Accurately bill customers monthly based on services rendered. * Support additional commercial operations as needed. What You Bring: Must-Have Experience: * Hands-on experience with the OPEX Falcon machine (not Eagle-Falcon requires manual interaction and screen monitoring). * Background in lockbox processing and mailroom operations. * Proficiency with computers and navigating digital systems. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. * Familiarity with compliance standards and operational procedures. * High school diploma or equivalent. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
