Janus Room Team Lead

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
* Demonstrate working safely and sensibly
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Lead the Janus Room team to maintain OEE/Safety goals
* Train new team members in their respective roles

* Perform all scanning requirements to start/stop production orders and declare production and scrap
* Perform all material handling duties to keep raw materials flowing to molding machines
* Accurate record keeping of daily production
* Other tasks as deemed necessary

Qualifications/Education/Special Skills
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work and lead within a team environment
* Good organizational skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Basic computer-use skills
* High sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative/ability to work autonomously
* Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time (8 hour shifts)
* Ability to obtain forklift and other powered industrial vehicle license(s)
* Proficiency in MES/Neptune scanning procedures
