IronArch is seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager to lead the delivery, sustainment, and enhancement of the Ask VA Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and its integration with VA.gov and related enterprise systems. As the product lead for the backend platform, you will guide product strategy, manage priorities across stakeholders, and translate business needs into actionable development goals. This role serves as the bridge between VA program leadership, development teams, and end-user groups to ensure that the Ask VA CRM continues to evolve as a reliable, scalable, and user-centered product.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining the roadmap, ensuring alignment with VA strategic outcomes, and driving delivery through measurable milestones and key performance indicators. This position requires proven leadership in Dynamics 365 product delivery, deep familiarity with VA's digital ecosystem, and the ability to balance technical feasibility with mission impact.

- Lead product discovery, roadmap development, and prioritization for the Ask VA CRM, aligning delivery with OCTO and VES strategic goals.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items for Agile development teams.
- Collaborate with technical leads and developers to define integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other VA systems, ensuring secure, performant data exchange.
- Partner with stakeholders across VA to define success metrics and ensure the product meets both Veteran and internal user needs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies-including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews-to ensure consistent delivery and stakeholder visibility.
- Analyze operational and user data to inform product decisions and optimize workflows, leveraging metrics such as routing accuracy, response time, and satisfaction scores.
- Maintain awareness of Microsoft Wave releases, advising the team on new features, impacts, and upgrade planning.
- Ensure product documentation, risk management artifacts, and ATO-related deliverables remain current and compliant with VA policy.
- Champion collaboration between VA business lines, developers, and support teams to sustain a cohesive CRM ecosystem.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading projects integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Direct experience within the VA; familiarity with VA OIT, OCTO, or VES processes.
- Current or recent VA public trust clearance, lapsed within 120 days
Preferred Experience
- 10+ years of product management or delivery leadership in enterprise software or CRM environments.
- Proven ability to manage Agile delivery teams and coordinate across multiple business lines or stakeholder groups.
- Experience defining and tracking data-driven KPIs, using analytics to guide decisions and demonstrate measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of federal IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, ATO).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into mission outcomes.
