| Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to join our Land Survey Division. Candidates must be based out of Central Connecticut or Boston, Massachusetts, and hold a current Professional Land Surveyor license in either CT or MA.  Who You AreProvide technical oversight for boundary surveys, utility surveys, construction layout, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and subdivisionsParticipate in project scoping and proposal preparationConduct research of public and private land recordsPrepare and review legal descriptions, sketches, and mapping deliverablesVerify field data, calculations, and CAD drafting workWrite and review property boundary descriptionsMentor junior staff and coordinate with cross-functional teamsEnsure project deliverables meet client expectations, quality standards, and budgetsConduct occasional field work as necessaryAdhere to company safety protocols and standardsPerform other related duties as apparent or assigned 
 What You BringAn expert in land surveying standards, boundary law, and legal documentationProficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Carlson SurveyA detail-oriented and analytical thinkerStrong communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skillsCapable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlinesMotivated, collaborative, and comfortable mentoring othersWilling to conduct occasional field work in variable terrain and weather 
 Physical Requirements10+ years of professional experience in land surveyingProfessional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in CT or MA (required)Proficiency with the Field-to-Finish processExpertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Carlson SurveyStrong research, analytical, and quality control skillsA commitment to accuracy, safety, and high standards of serviceEligibility to work in the U.S.
