Excellent Pay: Starting at$30.00 to $36.00 per hour, plus potential for more based on experience. There is also a $3.50 shift differential if the candidate is scheduled on 3rd shift.

About the Schedule:

Enjoyhaving the weekend offand a predictable rhythm that supports work-life balance.

Choose between your schedule of 5 - 8 hour days (Monday - Friday) or 4 - 10 hour days (Monday - Thursday).

What You'll Do

• Operate manual machines (CNC experience is a plus).
• Inspect and measure parts using precision tools.
• Perform set-ups and daily machine shop duties.
• Support operations with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with manual bars, milling machines, and lathes.
• Knowledge of machining stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast iron.
