Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)
Compensation: Competitive base + bonus + benefits


Drive operational excellence and scale growth

Togetherwork is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help accelerate growth across our go-to-market organization. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll partner closely with Sales and Marketing to streamline processes, optimize tools, and surface insights that drive better performance.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll serve as the operational backbone for our revenue teams-ensuring the systems, data, and processes are in place to help every rep and marketer perform at their best.


What you'll do

First 30 Days




  • Learn Togetherwork's current revenue operations framework, sales processes, and tech stack.



  • Interview Sales and Marketing stakeholders to identify workflow gaps, tool utilization, and efficiency opportunities.



  • Review enablement documentation, quotas, commission structures, and the tech ecosystem; summarize findings for the Head of Revenue Operations.




First 90 Days




  • Own commission execution, including data collection, analysis, reconciliation, and payroll submission.



  • Manage Salesforce and adjacent sales/marketing tool support tickets.



  • Partner with RevOps leadership to prioritize GTM initiatives and improvements.



  • Begin managing Salesforce-connected tools such as Qualified, Sales Engagement, Clay, and Fathom AI.




First 6 Months and Beyond




  • Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, adoption, and compliance.



  • Enhance best practices for Salesforce and integrated sales tools.



  • Identify and implement new tools or automations to increase GTM productivity.



  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards for forecasting, performance tracking, and data visibility.



  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable operational processes.



  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation for RevOps projects and initiatives.




What you bring


  • 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a SaaS environment.



  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).



  • Experience with sales tech stack tools such as Qualified, Sales Engagement, Clay, or Fathom AI.



  • Strong analytical ability to extract insights, build dashboards, and forecast accurately.



  • Proven record of improving sales processes, managing commissions, and driving tool adoption.



  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.




Nice to Have




  • Experience presenting operational insights to VP-level stakeholders.



  • Familiarity with sales cadence, automation, and conversational AI tools.



  • Ability to lead training and drive adoption for new systems and processes.



  • Strong SaaS background (preferred).
