About you

Strong client relationships are important to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to everything you do. As an Property Administrator, you will be involved in all aspects of managing a commercial building - from operations and financial activities to managing important relationships with our tenants and property owners. From managing service contracts and tracking bid packages, to completing property inspections and making recommendations, you'll have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually improve how we manage our commercial properties.

In this role, you will

  • Support Property Management staff in preparation of regular ownership reports, budgets, contracts, and other items as needed.

  • Track vendor and tenant certificate of insurance expiration dates, request renewals, ensure compliance with standard coverage terms and conditions.

  • Assist in maintaining service contracts, tracking expirations and prepare bid packages when necessary.

  • Establish and maintain property, lease and vendor files such as contact lists, inventory lists, correspondence, and other items as needed.

  • Provide administrative support for REMS management team including, but not limited to, phones, mail, supplies, correspondence, filing, and copying.

  • Monitor aged receivables and collection efforts on a monthly basis.

  • Coding invoices for payment and processing.

What you'll bring

  • 1 - 3 year's experience in property management within the commercial real estate industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)

  • Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.

  • Strong customer service background

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $40,000 to $50,000

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
