As a Global Clinical Supply Chain Leader (CSCL), you will lead the clinical study supply chain of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP), leveraging your expertise to design efficient and cost-effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with clinical trial milestones, ensuring continuous and patient-centric delivery of IMP. In this globally oriented role, you will apply your knowledge in demand planning, supply optimization, and regulatory compliance to support impactful clinical trials.

The Opportunity
  • You will manage demand and supply planning, inventory, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for IMP program planning.

  • You will oversee cross-functional team activities and timelines to ensure clinical trial supplies meet scope and deadline requirements.

  • You will forecast, plan, and manage procurement of Other Study Drug/comparator drug as needed.

  • You will incorporate regulatory and quality changes into clinical trial material supply plans.

  • You will drive process improvements and global integration by leading cross-functional teams for business initiatives.

  • You will collaborate across Demand and Supply Planning teams and Clinical Supply Chain functions to deliver on project goals.

  • You will apply strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and an agile, collaborative mindset to optimize clinical supply chain solutions.

Who you are
  • You bring 5-7 years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain, Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, or Supply Chain disciplines within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry (minimum 4 years with a Master's degree).

  • You have worked in GMP environments, such as pharmaceutical or equivalent supply chain functions.

  • You hold an academic degree or diploma in Life Sciences, Business (e.g., Economics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management), or Engineering.

  • You have experience with ERP systems like SAP, OMP, APA, or IRT systems.

  • You possess a background in global supply chains or related project team environments.

  • You have worked in cross-functional, cross-cultural, and agile organizational models.

  • Supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP) or training in Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies is a plus.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $113,800 - $211,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
