Position: Business Analyst (P&C)

Location: Madison, WI (Onsite day 1)

Job Description

Gather and analyze business and technical requirements related to P&C insurance systems and processes. Collaborate with underwriters, claims teams, actuaries, and product managers to understand functional needs. Translate business needs into clear and detailed technical specifications (BRD, FRD, user stories). Work closely with developers, testers, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions. Perform gap analysis between current and target systems or processes. Support configuration, integration, and implementation of insurance platforms Create data mapping, process flow diagrams, and system interface documentation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal data governance policies. Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide second-level support for insurance applications.
