• $120,000 - $135,000 base salary * + annual bonus

*The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase, as well as long term compensation. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors.

• Serve as the support for the Beverage Packaging organization, as it relates to financials and reporting, with visibility and interaction with senior levels of the Novolex Finance and leadership teams.
• Analyze and understand financial trends to assist others in understanding performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement financial data sets, analytical reports, and tools to consolidate, report, and analyze performance, enabling Leadership to easily understand performance and trends and facilitate recommendations for improvement.
• Lead the analysis of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance results and prepare business reporting for business unit and executive management teams. (Experience in building "bridges/walks" is essential.)
• Conduct in-depth monthly analysis of financial performance across the business unit
• Create and maintain a high-quality business analysis function. Novolex Finance is a key member of the Beverage Packaging business team, not a back-office function.
• Quickly develop an understanding of Beverage Packaging financial performance and strategic imperatives and gain a broad understanding of the business' market segment, including products, customers, and competitive environment.
• Improve financial analysis and planning processes for information related to products, plants, and departments, including productivity and efficiency.
• Assume key responsibilities and drive improvements in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, coordinating activities between Sales, Supply Chain, and Planning.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, and reporting.
• Proficiency in building financial models, understanding data models, and knowledge of Excel.
• Previous experience in industrial manufacturing, with packaging or chemicals/materials industry experience highly desirable.
• Previous management experience, including building and leading a professional finance team.
• Experience working with integrated ERP systems and an understanding of process flows in an ERP environment.
